Why don't landlords pay?
Removing landlord cost eliminates the biggest adoption barrier. Their commitment is procedural — only accept scores through verified delivery — which is what gives the credential its value.
What kind of rewards can high scores unlock?
Common patterns from participating landlords: preferred pricing, fast-track application review, lower or waived security deposits, first access to new listings, reduced fees. Each landlord decides individually — Acuerdo doesn't set or publish rewards.
What's verified delivery?
A trusted channel where Acuerdo sends the score directly to the landlord. Self-reported PDFs and screenshots aren't accepted by participating landlords. Only deliveries that come straight from us count.
Can I share my score with anyone?
You control every send. Nothing leaves your account without your explicit action and payment.
What if I don't have past landlords?
Landlord endorsements are one of four pillars. You can build a strong score on cleanliness, neighbor endorsements, and tenure even as a first-time renter. The credential grows with you.
Does Acuerdo set my rent?
No. Acuerdo delivers a verified behavioral signal. Landlords decide independently whether and how to reward high-trust tenants — preferred pricing, fast-track review, lower deposits — but Acuerdo doesn't set or publish any of it.
